Ciera Armwood
Founder & CEO
Ciera Armwood is the dynamic and visionary CEO of Beyond Health, a company dedicated to providing innovative health solutions that prioritize inclusivity and well-being for all. With over 19 years of experience in healthcare and a deep passion for supporting and advocating for the LGBTQIA community, she has championed initiatives that ensure equal access to healthcare, mental health support, and overall wellness for underserved populations.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Ciera is a devoted philanthropist, dedicating much of her time and resources to causes that empower marginalized groups and promote social change. As a mother, she understands the importance of building a supportive, compassionate world for future generations, and this commitment to nurturing positive growth drives both her personal and professional endeavors.

An avid traveler, Ciera finds inspiration in exploring diverse cultures and connecting with people from all walks of life. This global perspective fuels her passion for creating inclusive environments that embrace and uplift every individual. Through her leadership, philanthropy, and personal commitment, Ciera continues to reach beyond life's barriers while touching people's hearts.

Amanda Watkins
Program Director & Lead Therapist
MSW, LMSW, CSC-AD, RPS
Amanda is Beyond Health’s Program Director and lead psychotherapist. She is a master's level clinician who is licensed in both social work and professional addiction counseling. She has held a variety of leadership positions over the last 20 years. Some of which include serving as president of Coppin State University's Social Work Association as well as being a proud member of the Phi Alpha Theta Rho Honors Society.
She is passionate about researching, planning, developing, and overseeing Beyond Health's three major programs: PRP, SUD, and OMHC, while guiding and supporting her team to provide the highest quality of care to clients. Her clinical focus is on addiction and mental health. When working with clients in therapy, she employs person-centered, strength-based approaches, including mindfulness techniques derived from cognitive behavioral therapy.
She enjoys working with children and adults to help them overcome obstacles and achieve their life goals. Her specialties include working with addiction, trauma, grief, and the LGBTQIA+ community in therapy

Jerrika Chambers
PRP Supervisor
As a PRP Supervisor and proud alumnus of Morgan State University, Jerrika earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Family and Consumer Sciences, and is dedicated to empowering individuals on their path to personal growth and resilience. Outside of her professional role, she finds joy spending time with her son and twin sister.
She is a lover of all things fashion, food, and beauty—constantly seeking new ways to help others feel their best, both inside and out. Her work allows her to blend her professional expertise with her personal mission: motivating and inspiring others to believe that life’s challenges shape our uniqueness and contribute to our strength to achieve greater heights.

Lia Martin
SUD Supervisor
Lia Martin is an enthusiastic and purpose-driven social worker, with a bachelor’s in social work from Coppin State University and a master’s in social work from The Catholic University of America. Guided by her compassion and a deep commitment to empowering her community, Lia approaches her work with empathy, integrity, and a proactive mindset.
Her strong dedication to social advocacy and her drive to uplift others are at the heart of her mission. Lia believes in creating sustainable, positive change, and she tirelessly supports and inspires those she serves, bringing hope and encouragement to her community.

Anika Green
Medical Director
MSN, PMHNP-BC
Anika is an experienced Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 13 years of expertise in mental health care for adults and adolescents. She began her nursing journey at Baltimore Community College and built her career through impactful roles at Sheppard Pratt, Northwest Hospital, Gaudenzia Rehabilitation, and Montgomery County Community Center. In 2022, Anika earned her PMHNP degree from Walden University and continues to make a difference through her work
with Beyond Health.
Beyond her professional achievements, Anika enjoys swimming, traveling, and staying active through fitness.
